Frequently Asked Questions

 After you have purchased your private class online, I will contact you via email so that we can schedule the class according to your availability. 

 After your first class, it takes roughly 2 weeks before I will contact you via email to book in to glaze your mug. 

* If you do not wish to glaze your piece in the second class, I can glaze it for you with a white standers glaze. This process takes roughly 4 weeks in which you will receive an email when it's ready for collection.

** If you can't collect from the studio, I can post to you for additional fee.

No. at the moment the studio don't offer firing for the public.

Yes, if you are doing a 5 weeks course! You are more than welcome to buy clay at our studio - check the option in person. 

* If you are doing one of the workshops or private class, the clay is already included

 Temple Clay reserves the right to capture and use photos and video footage during classes/events, which may include images of students. These visual materials will be utilized for advertising purposes across all media channels indefinitely, without any obligation for compensation to the students.

During and after your class, we take care of your piece to ensure they are well made, however, Temple Clay is not responsible for any undesirable outcomes including but not limited to cracking, breakage or somenthing not turning out how you expected. 

Cancellation:

1.1. If you need to cancel your attendance in any course, private class, or workshop, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

1.2. If you provide notice of cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice you will have a choice of refund or reschedule to a future class or workshop.

1.3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Rescheduling:

2.1. Participants who wish to reschedule their attendance may do so by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2.2. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time

2.3 If you fail to attend a course, private class, or workshop you are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling

Instructor Cancellation:

3.1 In rare cases where we need to cancel a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule to another available session.

By registering for our courses, private classes, or workshops, you agree to abide by this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
